- Currency
- Canadian clients in CAD, US clients in USD. Rates match, the currency does not convert against you.
- Travel
- Remote by default. No travel needed for most engagements; on-site is quoted separately if you want it.
- Revisions
- On the assessment, deliverables that miss the stated scope are revised at no charge.
- What is never billed
- The discovery call, the proposal, and the time I spend learning something specific to your tenant.
