These terms govern your use of tenantcraft.ca. They do not govern consulting engagements, those are covered by a separate signed Statement of Work. By using the site you agree to what is below.
About TenantCraft
TenantCraft is a sole proprietorship operated by Geri Crroj from Ontario, Canada, providing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint consulting.
Use of the site
tenantcraft.ca is informational. Blog posts, guides, and free tools are general-audience content based on my own field experience and are provided as-is. They are not legal, IT, or compliance advice tailored to your specific tenant, for that, retain me (or someone) under a signed engagement. You agree not to use the site to break the law, abuse the infrastructure, or scrape it for resale.
Engagement terms (separate agreement)
If you hire me for a paid engagement, assessment, hourly support, or a custom project, that work is governed by a Statement of Work signed by both of us. The SOW always prevails over anything on this site if the two ever disagree. Nothing on tenantcraft.ca, including pricing pages, is by itself an offer or a contract.
Intellectual property
Site copy, original illustrations, the TenantCraft brand and wordmark, blog posts, and the design of this site are owned by me. Quote briefly with attribution and link back; do not republish full articles or guides without written permission. Gated PDFs are licensed for your own professional use, share them inside your organization, but don't repackage or redistribute them publicly.
Third-party services
The site uses Hostinger (hosting), Cal.com (scheduling), Web3Forms (contact form), MailerLite (email), and Google Analytics. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you interact with them. See the privacy policy for the list and links.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. I do my best to keep content accurate and the site online, but I make no guarantee that it is error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability for anything related to your use of the free site content is limited to zero dollars. Liability for paid consulting work is governed by the cap set in the relevant Statement of Work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a friendly conversation will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
Changes
I may update these terms. Material changes get the "last updated" bump at the top of the page; continued use of the site after that means you accept the new version.
